I found a video interview with Cristian Pop (Solaris on KGS).
The random Go videos page was recently added, and as I found this interview by chance while browsing through the videos I thought it may be a nice addition to my own interview with Cristian for those of you who want to know him better.
By the way, both the “random Go photo” and “random Go video” pages are automatically generated from flickr.com photos, respectively youtube.com videos tagged with Go / Baduk / Weiqi related terms; as such, they may or may not be really related to the “Game of Go”; sometimes people tag some trip photo “baduk” just because it was taken during a tournament, for instance, even if there is no trace of Go board in it
Youth time – interview with Theodor Toma, European Champion under 12
Sunday, July 15th, 2007After several interviews with either professional Go players (Tei Meiko 9 dan), or strong amateur players (Cristian Pop, Seokbin Cho), this time I am presenting to you a youth champion: Theodor Toma became European Youth Champion under 12 earlier this year.
Theodor will soon come to US for the World Youth Go Championship, in Boston, where he will again play in the under 12 category.

I just published an interview with Cristian Pop – know as “Solaris” on some Go servers – the 7 dan from Romania who won an excellent 4th place at the recent World Amateur Go Championship.
